This photo, of U.S. gymnast Shawn Johnson, 16, inspired this gallery. Our best guess is that they were trying to photograph her wrist supports, but honestly. It's not the wrist supports that jump out here, and I can't imagine any paper ran it as is. By the way, none of these photos have been cropped in any way.
