Eighth graders in the gifted and talented program at East Middle School in Plymouth built the city from recycled materials found in their homes. The Box City is set up at Kellogg Park as part of this weekend's first annual Green Street Fair in downtown Plymouth. Students assembled the box city on Friday, May 2, 2008.
